The Fall Sports Information Meeting is Thursday, August 13th at 6:00 pm in the Cafeteria. This meeting is for all Athletes, Parents/Guardians and Coaches participating in a fall sport.
Online Registration is now open. Students must be registered online and have an up-to-date physical on file, before they can participate.
If you are currently receiving Free/Reduced benefits, please make sure you complete and return this Confidentiality Waiver so we can apply your discount. The waiver needs to be completed and on file every year. DIRECTIONS FOR REGISTERING & PAYING ONLINE
The Parent/Guardian should login to their Infinite Campus account.
On the left side find SCHOOL STORE
SHOP under HS (9-12) or MS (7-8)
CLICK on the activity and follow the registration prompts on the right.
COMPLETE the appropriate forms:
A parent/guardian must complete the MSHSL ELIGIBILITY FORM online.
Remember to click on SUBMIT at the bottom, after you electronically sign the form.
SPORTS PHYSICAL if you need one.
The Physical Form MUST be the on the attached MSHSL Form. We can not accept physical forms from other states.
ALL 7th grade athletes WILL NEED A PHYSICAL ON FILE BEFORE YOU CAN PRACTICE.
If the current physical expires during the season they will need a new one.
Physicals are good for 3 years!
You can check your last physical date in Infinite Campus
Click on MORE (bottom left) -- click on HEALTH
Click on IMMUNIZATIONS
At the bottom is the last physical date we have on record.

CLICK ADD TO CART
It will then take you to the payment area. The system will automatically apply the correct fee after you select the student. If you feel you should be on F/R you will need to contact Theresa Coogan, at the District Office, 507-895-4484 ext. 4284.
If you prefer to pay in person with cash/check, please complete the online portion before you send in the payment.
Once the payment is recorded the parent portion of the registration will be complete.
After the portion for the parent/guardian is complete, the student must log in to sign the MSHSL Eligibility Form.
It will be on the HOME page of Infinite Campus towards the middle of the page under DOCUMENTS THAT NEED ATTENTION.
Once they click on it, they should read it and then electronically sign the form by clicking on the red box at the end of the form.
Remember to click on SUBMIT after they have signed the form.
