The Lancer After-School Study Group meets Monday through Friday with a tentative start date of Monday, September 17th, 2018 and continues through Friday, May 24th, 2018. The After School Study group is for any student who needs or wants a quiet space to complete their homework, get extra help, or receive support with organization or skill development. The Lancer After-School Study Group meets from 3:15 to 4:30 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 3:30-4:30 on Wednesdays in the 5th & 6th and 7th & 8th grade hallways. On Wednesdays, students will meet in the library from 2:35-3:30, and teacher classrooms from 3:30-4:30. Your student’s teacher(s) may refer your student to the Study Group for academic support or parents may refer their children. Each student enrolled in the After-School Study Group will have his/her own Continual Learning Plan (CLP). These forms must be signed by the parent/guardian and student before beginning the program. Students must be enrolled in the After-School Study Program in order to participate. Consistent participation in this program supports student learning and academic performance.
