The following items are being disposed of by the La Crescent - Hokah School District. Some items have a minimum bid requirement. All proceeds from this sale will be used to help supply equipment to our new facilities. Thank you in advance for your generous offers. Please take note of the bid dates, bids will be taken during the week preceding the bid opening date listed. Please fill out the bid form for the item that you are bidding on at that time. Bids will be awarded to the high bidder and items must be picked up by the following Wednesday after bid opening unless other arrangements are made. Items may or may not be disconnected or removed so some winners may have to be prepared to remove the item.
The La Crescent-Hokah School District recycles supplies, materials, and equipment by accepting items that are no longer being used in our schools. If an item will not be used within the District, it will be offered to the public for sale, through online auction on the District website. The sale or disposal of items purchased with school district funds is done in cooperation with the District Business Manager, in accordance with Minnesota law. This includes, but is not limited to, supplies, furniture, classroom furnishings, and equipment.
La Crescent-Hokah School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any defects or technicalities in the bidding process, and to determine whether a bidder is responsive or non-responsive.
All items sold "as is" to the highest bidder, no warranties - expressed or implied. The highest bidder will be contacted via the email used to fill out the bid.
In the event the highest bidder is unable to accept the bid award, then the next highest bidder will be granted the bid. This process will continue until a successful bidder is found and is accepted.
Auctions close weekly on Friday at 9am.
