2017 Levy Special Election
On Tuesday November 7th residents in the La Crescent-Hokah school district passed a 10-year levy by a 1797-854 margin with a voter turnout just shy of 50 percent in the referendum. “I look at what this community has done in the last year, and it’s just a great thing,” said superintendent Kevin Cardille Tuesday night.

This combined polling place serves all territory in Independent School District No. 300 located in the City of La Crescent; La Crescent Township; Mound Prairie Township; Houston County, Minnesota, and Dresbach Township; Pleasant Hill Township; and New Hartford Township; Winona County, Minnesota.
Precinct 2: Hokah School/Community Center
Hokah, MN 55941
This combined polling place serves all territory in Independent School District No. 300 located in the City of Hokah; Hokah Township; the City of Brownsville; Brownsville Township; and Union Township; Houston County, Minnesota.
