HAVE YOU COMPLETED A LA CRESCENT-HOKAH SCHOOLS CENSUS FORM?
If you are new to ISD 300 La Crescent-Hokah School District and have children 0-8 years of age, or if your contact or family information changed since the last time you filled out a school district census form, please take the time to fill out a new one. This information is vital to the La Crescent-Hokah School District and the entire community. The school keeps records of all families which either reside in or open enroll in the district. We also share this information with private schools in the district, so it is put to good use whether you plan to send your children to public or private school. The census ensures:
You will receive information on Early Childhood and School Readiness Programs.
You will be notified of Early Childhood Screening Dates.
You will be notified of Kindergarten Round-up & receive important district information.
The elementary school will be expecting your child when it’s time for Kindergarten.
The district will receive the appropriate state and local funding for programs.
The district can accurately plan for staff and facility space.
The district will wisely use tax payer resources.
Your help in keeping accurate family records is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions about the school district census or need assistance filling out the census form, please contact Karn Schwartzhoff, Early Childhood Coordinator for the La Crescent-Hokah School District at 507-895-8731.
