A.      Resolution 08:11 – Canvassing Returns of Votes of School District General Election.  Commentary by David Krenz.  Attached are the Abstract and Return of Votes Cast and the Canvass Return Resolution, which will need to be passed by the School Board following their canvass of the election results.

B.      Resolution 08:12 – Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Certificates of Election and Directing School District Clerk to Perform Other Election Related Duties – Commentary by David Krenz.  The attached resolution is necessary to facilitate the completion of required follow-up activities to the school board election including the issuance of Certificates of Election, Acceptance of Office and Oath of Office.  Your approval of this resolution is requested.
